Working privacy policy, updated 15 July 2026
We keep what the order needs. Not your whole life.
This policy explains the personal data used by the ContentPilot Studio website and Telegram bot.
1. Data we use
- Telegram chat ID, username and first name when Telegram provides them;
- chosen interface language and activity dates;
- brief answers, generated drafts, package and order status;
- Stripe session and payment status, but not full card details;
- basic website request data processed by Cloudflare for delivery and security.
2. Why we use it
We use the data to answer requests, prepare samples, perform paid orders, provide support, prevent abuse, and meet accounting or legal obligations. The legal basis depends on the step: steps requested before a contract, performance of the contract, legal obligation, or a legitimate interest in service security.
3. Who processes it
Telegram carries bot messages, Cloudflare hosts the site, Worker, KV records and AI processing, and Stripe processes checkout and payment. Their own policies also apply. We do not sell customer data.
4. Retention
An unfinished bot brief expires after seven days. Operational profiles and briefs are kept while needed for the service or support. When deletion is requested, free-sample records are deleted and paid records are stripped of Telegram identity where legal or accounting retention still applies. A formal retention schedule will be finalised with the operator's accounting setup.
5. Your choices and rights
Use /mydata in the bot for a readable summary. Use /delete_my_data to request confirmed deletion. You may also ask for access, correction, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing through support. You may complain to the competent data-protection authority.
6. Automated generation
Brief answers may be processed by an AI model to draft copy. Paid work is intended to be reviewed before delivery. Do not put sensitive personal data into the brief.
7. Website storage
The website stores the selected language in local browser storage. It does not use advertising cookies in the current version.
