Terms without the fog.

These terms cover custom social-media copy ordered from ContentPilot Studio through the website and Telegram bot.

Commercial-launch item. The operator's legal name, geographical address, direct email, and registration or tax details where applicable must be added here before accepting consumer orders. ContentPilot Studio is operated from Poland.

1. What you order

Each package contains the number of posts, story ideas, promotions, and customer replies shown before checkout. The copy is prepared from the completed brief and delivered in Telegram. Paid packages include one reasonable text revision that stays within the approved brief.

2. Delivery

The delivery period is up to 24 hours after both payment confirmation and completion of the brief. If information is missing or unsafe to publish, we may ask a follow-up question and the clock pauses until the answer arrives.

3. Your checks before publishing

You must check business names, prices, availability, dates, claims, images, local advertising rules, and platform rules before publishing. We do not publish to your accounts under the current packages.

4. Prices and payment

The final amount, currency, billing frequency, and any discount are shown by Stripe before payment. Stripe processes payment credentials. A monthly package renews until cancelled before the next billing date.

5. Consumer withdrawal

An EU consumer normally has 14 days from the contract date to withdraw. If you expressly ask us to begin during that period and later withdraw, you may owe a proportionate amount for work already completed. The right may end after the service has been fully performed only where the legally required request, consent, and acknowledgement were given. Send a clear withdrawal message through the Telegram support link.

6. Problems, revisions, and refunds

If you change your mind before work begins, you may request a refund. After work has started or the service has been fully delivered, refunds are generally not made because the service has already been performed. Every paid package includes one free text revision within the agreed brief. If the result does not match that brief, we will make the necessary corrections. Mandatory consumer rights, including the withdrawal rules described above, remain unaffected. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method.

7. Intellectual property

After payment, you may edit and publish the delivered copy for the business named in the brief. You remain responsible for third-party names, trademarks, photos, music, and claims you supply.

8. Complaints and contact

Send the order ID and a short description through @ContentPilotDailyBot. We will acknowledge the complaint and answer as soon as reasonably possible.
